I think a break is a good idea, although I could happily do without it. However, I am annoyed that it's off-air for so long.

Well, exactly, I'd have to set my video to record them all, and then have loads of episodes of DOND to watch when I got back! Not that there'd be anything wrong with that, but I'd be way behind with my DOND duties!

Remember, DOND has been going on for nearly a year now.

It deserves a bit of a break from the TV. Let other programmes come along and entertain, and let the show come back to out screens perhaps being more refreshing and dynamic.

I think it needs a break.

The double episodes a few weeks back did a lot of damage IMHO as you didn't get to know the people.

I don't want the break...all this school year, it's been distracting me from work, and the minute I finish school they bloody stop showing it! I'd rather they'd just not bothered with Double Deal Week or the break, and kept everything as normal. I don't like change!

i think deal or no deal needs a break because otherwise the novelty might wear off on the viewers but i wonder if anything will be different afterwards (probably not)

i didnt want the break but thinking about it, i think it'll do the programme good. the double dond week took abit of the shine off the programme.
i look forward to the return.
not sure about the break at christmas, think thats a mistake

As I am on my week of night shifts at the moment, I fully agree! :-D

I tend to wake up about 3.30ish which gives me just enough time to get ready for the 4.15 start! Perfect!
