I am confetti hound too, but everything has its limits. I'm gutted I didn't make it this far as my negotiated 5 box offer was marginal to me, but I'd be out like a shot with £78,000, though if the offer was less than £75,000 I'd certainly consider going for it and definitely would if the offer was less than £70,000. If Archstered wins the £250,000, however, I'll probably be willing to Deal any offer over £50,000 on a blue/£250k finish in the future as there will be less incentive to go for it.
