Well, that was significantly more excitement than I had wanted out of this week.

I'd have offered £35,000 if that last box were instead the £75k. Thus this offer should be less than the £35,000. Knowing you lot, you're not going to deal if the offer goes down from the previous £30,800, so I have no choice but to offer you:

I have had a fund set aside for emergencies such as this one. It at one point contained £150,000. But I've since invested it in various vehicles, and so I'm no longer at six figures. To stop you now, I must offer you all of it.

5 box should've been worth a punt to me with a GUARANTEED £100 and an offer of less than half the average. Needless to say I would've dealt at this stage, though I would've negotiated an offer of £81,000 first.
