It's clever indeed, but implosion is something I don't yet fear. It's not enough for me; NO DEAL, here. :smt023

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

I have a feeling the maximum amount won this week will be 50p.

Banker's offer:

£5,000

I'll at least double it if the top two stay. I'll throw in a bonus £2k for an all blue round. Heck, I'll triple it if you (rather, Archstered) take out the bottom three.

Or, you can negotiate. I might be especially lax for this offer. Who knows?

Your carrot is too good to not chase, so NO DEAL, but thank you for the generous offer and guarantees. :smt023

Carrot or no carrot, the question remains the same; the answer, too. It's a NO DEAL! :smt023

Round 4 results

In live play
American Coupon Boy (4/4)
daniel123 (4/4)
hogwild94 (4/4)
jakecarroll84 (2/4)
willrelf (4/4)

Dealt at fourth offer
Archstered (4/4)

Round 5

The banker keeps making promises, but we tend to fail at satisfying the criteria for them. Can we not follow that trend tonight?

3 - £5 :)

First component of the perfect round...

11 - £10

Well, we've lost the opportunity of the perfect round, and so we won't be seeing the offer tripled. But per the banker, the next offer will be £12,000 if this last box is a blue, or £10,000 if it's the £5k...

17 - £35,000 :(

Sigh. Yet again the final box is the killer one...

I am pretty convinced you all are going to be chasing. I will laugh really hard if you achieve the 10p/50p finish. If that were to happen, the final offer would be 24p. But pull off the all red finish and I'll offer £24,000.

In the meantime, you should think about the value of money and how much this offer means to you.

Banker's offer:

£2,875

It's a decent offer, but with £750 as back up if the £50,000 goes it's a No Deal.

I'm not scared of a crash at these stakes. If it were circa £8,000, I would be.

But for now, 'tis a NO DEAL. :smt023

Thank you for the offer Saperogo, but it's a bit low for the board, so NO DEAL. :smt023

I've got £750 there and I'm a bit distracted as I'm watching some snooker at the moment. So rationality temporarily leaves me...or does it? NO DEAL!

Round 5 results

In live play
American Coupon Boy (5/5)
daniel123 (5/5)
hogwild94 (5/5)
jakecarroll84 (3/5)
willrelf (5/5)

Dealt at fourth offer
Archstered (4/4)

Round 6

The banker seems to think he was won. Can we please prove him wrong, for once?

10 - 50p :D

That is VERY good news. The banker is wrong with his 10p/50p prediction!

13 - £5,000

Well, thank goodness there wasn't one more 0 there. But still, we must not find the final red...

19 - £750 :D

The gamble paid off! (Except for Archstered. He was foolish. :eyes: )
