In case you haven't noticed, I have updated all of the last rounds of Week 10 with corresponding round pictures, finally revealed the end result of Week 10 along with Deal-Eye analysis and my hidden max negotiable offers, updated the leaderboard in the first post of this thread, put the corresponding round one board picture up, and therefore I am now finally caught up with all the things I put off due to real life activites.

OK, so we have a deal already! Interesting. I'm afraid to say, KP, that I wasn't bluffing. At least, for the time being, I wasn't!
