Does anyone if Joseph returns tomorrow, as Sue who replaced him had her game today? I thought that they may have been saving his place for him

Apparently he returns in August, so he might replace whoever replaces Sue. (At least, I hope he does...it'll annoy me if he pops up on the East Wing or something.)

There was a tiny piece in the Daily Mirror saying they had been swamped with questions as to when Joseph returned and they said August after the break, but it is the Daily Mirror and they could be wrong

Joseph Walvish became ill around the 16th June. The medical decision was taken that he could no longer continue the show at the present time. We have replaced Joseph, but have guaranteed a place for him when he returns. The decision to replace him was a difficult one but we wanted to ensure that Joseph had time to recuperate and return to the best of health. Joseph will return to the line up after the summer.

I think Steph said he came back just after she left, so it'll be shortly after Steph plays her game!

Khanny joined a few games after Steph, so he should be scheduled to play shortly after Steph, which means, fingers crossed, Joseph goes back to his original position.

It was odd with him going - I'd been out drinking straight after work on the evening of Friday June 16th, and had taped both the games that day, and watched them when I got back in a sort of zonked-out state. I remember Joseph being there in Ron's game, but didn't notice him missing in Chrissie's (Noel not mentioning it didn't help!). I didn't notice Sue in Joseph's position either, just Sally in Ron's old position.

I was playing golf on the Saturday and again taped both games but got back to catch the end of Lee's. I did notice Sue that time, so I thought, "Oh the earlier episode must have been Joseph, as he's not there any more - that's bound to be a good one".

It only twigged he'd gone without playing his game when it was actually Debbie on the afternoon slot!!!

I've just realised that Joseph was in Audrey's position! She ewent before her game as well!

Yep...and Adrienne, the first person to stand there, missed one show after falling over on the way to the studio. I hope I don't have to stand there if I go on the show.
