where's all the old contestants gone?

I dont know if its just me but have all the old contestants stopped posting on here for a while?
I wasn't sure if i'd missed them. I know suzanne akers and Pat m and mark are often on but whats happened to Morris, Gaz, Richard just to name a few? havent seen any postings from Scott or pennie for a while either and they we're really good regulars on here.
hope to see them back soon along with some new contestants. :-D

I had an e-mail from Richard a couple of weeks ago and he says that now his personal game is played and all the mates have left he didn't watch the show very ofton, I wonder if thats the same for the majority of contestants and perhaps they then start to go off and live again maybe applying for other things etc it is a shame that after a while they drift away but at least we had the pleasure of knowing them for a while,which is more than most forums can say

I think that will be true of most contestants, they will post mainly around the time they are on screen, which is when there is most interest in them and also when people they know are having their shows broadcast as well.

I expect only a select few will retain a real interest once their show is over.

yes, i agree. a pity really because you get to know them on here and its a shame when they go.
never mind we'll have to see who pops back in from time to time :-D

Yes, I'm still here and enjoying the forum. Many of the contestants are still posting regularly on the contestant site even if they've drifted off here. I see one of the other sites has really gone off the boil. Not sign of any formers on that one now. No surprise though.
