Mark on the end of the West wing

I've been thinking this for a couple of days now...

Does anybody else think that Mark looks-like/is Mark from The X-Factor last year?

I can't really remember much about Mark from the X-Factor, but I think DOND Mark looks like him.

I do remember X-Factor Mark being from Birmingham though, so I suppose we will see when it's Mark's game.

They look a little similar. Mark from Pop Idol is from a place near Wolverhampton, not Birmingham though :-D

Anyway, can this be Mark's fan club thread too then? He's my new Hugwatch favourite, him being a local lad

And he's doing rather well too!

Mark was quite vocal today, with all his advice for Shirley. very wise he was too!

....Do most people pronounce "Deal" with just one syllable, then?? I can't work out how that would sound right!

(I know I hear Noel and assorted contestants say it about 50 times a day, but I can't think how any of them say it!)

Bizarrely, I think I say it both ways - one syllable for the first "Deal" then two syllables for the second "Deal"

As is, "Deal or No De-al"
