It says on his profile on the offical DOND website that's he's a boutique clothes shop owner.

He sells whacky and wonderful stuff in his shop in Birmingham. Throughout the shows I witnessed, Leroy was really upbeat and is always the first to shout encouragement and start a round of applause if a 'bad' box is opened. Just listen - you'll hear him every time. What a character. What incredible outfits! lol

I'm in now. Today he finally got stuck in, and we got to see a bit more of him. Eccentric, but not a try-hard or mental, which is the kind of contestant I like.
