I personally find her hilarious.
There was a moment in someone's game recently when they chose Viv, and Noel goes "Hello Viv! How are you?" and she said very quietly "hello" and then went to straight opening the box and Noel was like Pfft. Fine then, you can't blame me for making an effort!

I wonder if she has a grudge against Noel, maybe she met him before...

Yes I'm not sure Noel will know how to handle her and I think she could be very amusing. She reminds me a bit of "bendy" Wendy from December 2006, actually.

It's Noel's "joke" about Roman numerals... as V is 5 and I is 1... so VIV = 515 if you go by Noel's logic.
