I think Noel does that because she looks like one of the female characters (not sure of her name) in the "French" BBC comedy 'Allo 'Allo...

I was going to set this fan club up, but I haven't been on in a while. She is sort of like Planet Joan and Nalini! She rocks. Certainly my favourite at the moment! :-D
