I don't really give a toss with Noel being neutral or not. Chris Tarrant is the same on Millionaire, he strictly tells to some contestants not to lose the money but he tends to twists some contestants arms to play the question.
Anyway, the interesting point in the above article was the following statement.
Quote:
"When I won it was a bad week for the other contestants - they didn't understand what the game was all about," said Brian.
"They only had eyes for the big £250,000 prize. Some were given decent offers and were turning them down. I have been backing horses since I was a teenager so I knew what the score is. I turned down up to £22,000 and then after that I took £75,000 out. I felt like I had fallen into a trap but for some reason the next offer went up by £7,000 to £29,000.
So is he saying the contestants on the wings in the last two/three weeks were all £250,000 glory hunters?
