Seems DonD lost out to Jonathan Ross for the best entertainment performance Bafta. Shame! Hard luck Noel but there's always next year...

there should of been a seperate catagory for the contenders how the hell could we in in a chat show category there should of been one for that and one for entertainment shows like dond robbed

I love wossy, he did kinda deserve to win but I would have been happy either way, who else was in the category?

It was outstanding that DOND was nominated in the first place, and clearly the "establishment" was unlikely to vote for a Channel 4 programme to win the daytime award, but actually the success of the show in terms of viewing figures and hardcore fanbase is what counts, and ironically if the show had won the BAFTA, it could have seen the momentum that the show has been steadily building peak too soon, but I think that DOND will continue to have the enviable combination of a huge mainstream and cult following.

Got to say, Jonathan Ross gets on my nerves at times. When I see his show, it just seems to be "me me me" all the time.
