Deal or No Deal Online Games

Unfortunately we unable to now show you the wide range of online Deal or No Deal games that are available for you to play. This is due to Endemol putting pressure on all the suppliers of these games to cease allowing us to link to them or use any of their images, even though we had legal agreements in place with these companies to promote them.

Endemol initially contacted us and threatened legal action against the site should we continue to tell all the visitors here about the range of online Deal or No Deal games that are available! They argued that they should be the only website allowed to tell anyone about the games, and we would be confusing visitors to this site should we continue to display the range of games. They requested that we should instead give just a link to their own page that lists the same range of games that we were displaying here.

When we pointed out that we had legal agreements in place with all the official licensed providers of these games to promote them here, and we felt it unjust that they should request us to remove our content as it goes against the whole idea of the Internet to provide choice and information. They then systematically contacted all the companies involved and instructed them to stop allowing us to use any of their material.

I am afraid I won't be supplying the requested link to Endemol's game page, as I feel they are being totally underhand and almost bullying in their behavior over a list of games that was available long before their own list, and indeed broke no legal copyright or trademark infringements that they were inferring in their letter of threat of legal action.

It appears that Endemol while enjoying the instantaneous FREE feedback and market research that they acquire from reading the posts made by the loyal fans of the show in our forum here, they are unable to grasp/or wish to ignore the whole ethos of the Internet and want a monopoly on everything that suits them.

I again apologise to all visitors to this page looking for the Deal or No Deal games that are available, but as you can see, we are unable to provide links to these.

Please be patient if using the search engines to find Endemol's webpage listing the games, as you will find it listed well below the page here! (Would this be why they are so keen to close the page down?)

I will of course put the list back here should Endemol have a change of heart and allow us to again provide a service to the fans of their show. I would hope that in a company as large as Endemol there is a large heart beating somewhere, but alas I have yet to witness it.
