Bad luck John but I think most people would have dealt when you did - it was a difficult decision. Enjoy your van (sorry about the Van Gogh!)... :D

Bad luck John - still, I would have gone at the £11,000 so you're £7,000 better off than I would have been!

Well done John !!!! £18,000 is an above average result, and I think he dealt at the most sensible time in terms of what he had left at that point.

Awwwwwww, poor John. It was a difficult situation to be in and I was very glad he dealt when he did- we've seen so many games fall apart at that stage and I too thought that dealing at 18k was the right thing to do. It's Just a shame he had 75k in his box! :(

Well done, John!

:D

That's what I'd buy if I suddenly won a large amount of money. A nice new Transit. :-D

I hope this one doesn't blow up on you, John! :D

I do think that it doesn't make sense though to try to fool the banker into thinking that you are going all the way to the end and not accepting any deal. I think its smart to be respectful of the banker and judge each deal offered on its merits and not give him any clue of your intentions.

^^^^^^^ Yeah what he said! :-D

Shame he had the 75K in his box but 18K is alot more money than others have gone away with.

Really gutted today, the silence was so saddening at the end. I think especially the fact that the way you played it John (very well I may add) in saying you were going right to the end made it all the more sadder.

Still, £18k is very nice! It's all about risk DOND and sometimes I feel the way Noel dramtises it isn't at all nice, but then it's a TV show.
