Well done Billy! Great character, great game.

I always like the contestants that stand on the end of the west wing. A worthy successor to Lance.

Really pleased about that one.

HURRAH!!!!!!

To be honest, I wasn't expecting anything spectactular from Billy's game, but that was fantastic! I had "£250k in the box" vibes from him, but the last round was brilliant. I nearly cried when he said the £50k would change his life forever.

I think I might have gambled the £24k, but I'd then definitely have dealt the £35k. I wish Noel would stop doing this "He's offering you two pounds...two MILLION BILLION pounds, I mean!!!" stuff. I remember the first time he did it, in Paula H's game, and I actually thought he meant it, but now it's so obvious that he's joking that he might as well not bother.

Hopefully this proves to the others that you can't get this kind of money by dealing the third offer. They should save places on the show for people like this rather then people who deal ridiculously early.

Well, surely nobody thinks that anyway? When Michaela took her £24k, I doubt she was thinking that it was somehow going to increase to £50k. :?

How do you propose they do that?

You can't get £50k dealing at the third offer, no. But taking risks is also the only way to get spectacularly bad results in most games.

They should ask in the audition,

"Are you willing to take a gamble?"

I bet there are plenty of gamblers willing to come on the show, but only get rejected because of the backlog of people, probably full of wimps.

And also the only way of winning huge money. The only way you can get £100,000 or more is taking your £100,000 box (Gamble) or deal with the £250,000 as a final number (Gamble to get there.)

Well, who in their right mind would say "No"?? You'd have to be a bit more cunning than that...

That was an excellent game, and I'm glad Billy got the best sum of money, albeit not from the box, but he got £50,000, which, in my eyes, is better than the £250,000.

Then again, I'm just a bit crazy, so don't listen to me :P 'grats Billy.
