The way they have big blocks of males and females. It's:

MFMMMMMFMMF MFMF(F)FFMFMF

Ideally it should alternate, but to me it looks especially stupid with a big block of five men on the West Wing and then four women on the East Wing. There's nothing they can do to make me happier tomorrow, either - if Lindsay's replaced with a woman, there'll still be a stupidly big block of women on the East Wing, but if she's replaced with a man then there'll be far too many men overall and not enough women. Oh, and Matt's and Sharron's positions should be reserved for women and men respectively.

I should find better things to get annoyed about...

The arrangement on the wings is awful - I can barely remember where half of hem stand!

Phil, Matt and Nick look especially weird together - as they all look the same!

I usually only tend to remember the positions of those on the end and second from the end - all the others I just think of as being "somewhere in the middle"!
