Is anyone else watching this on Channel 4 analogue? The sound seems a bit odd... a bit bitty in places, and it seems to be out of synchronisation at times. :? It was a bit like this towards the end of DOND yesterday as well... not a major problem, but it's a bit odd... and it varies. :?

I didnt notice it yesterday but Noel's voice seems to be wavering and the music dipping in and out at odd times :?

That's what's happening here, too!!!

Noel says if we are being optimistic we can afford to lose the £5,000. The banker asks what Jack taught at school, he replies it was across the board. The banker points out that there were more blues on the board than reds when he swapped, so he is more likely to have picked up a blue....

Banker offers

£8,500

It could have been worse says Jack. Noel says he missed an opportunity to choose box 15 and have an edge over the banker. The banker says that he is afraid to open box 15 thats why he didn't choose it. He says he has the advantage now

Banker offers

£10,015

David says that he still has 2 of the power 5 and a couple of good back up amounts and he should go on, everyone else agrees. Jack says he has seen it go so wrong while on the wings at this stage. Noel asks the audience if they would deal, no one would.

Jack says

DEAL

That decision shocks everyone and Noel has a very shocked face. Jack says he surprised himself there and then says what have I done!!

Noel says Jack is going to be memorable for this decision and then calls a break...

That was a bit of a shock, let's hope he doesn't regret dealing

Wow!

I wasn't expecting him to deal, but he was courageous for going against everyone else's opinion!

Third offer deals are like buses - we've had none since December, then we get 2 in 3 days!

That offer was actually quite good for the board - so it was well worth thinking about and well done for him to dealing... maybe Noel will now realise that this show is about dealing as well as no dealing!

It's also nice to see that the effect of Laura's game hasn't rubbed off on Jack - as that was shown the day before his game was recorded.

Surely he would have been in the studio when it was shown though?

He takes the easy way out and we're supposed to applaud him for his "courage"?

Exactly - the point I'm making is that watching Laura win the £250k days before (1 day, in the case of Jack and 2 others) you record your game could make you be a no dealer! Clearly the no dealing effect of Laura's game hasn't affected Jack.

Jack goes to his original box 15 now

15 - £50 Shock all around for that one
Noel asks is it feeling lonely there now!!
