Box 11 doesn't appear to like Lynns as it had the £250,000 for Lynn too.

I missed it... will probably miss the More4 repeat too... Housemates want to watch Hollyoaks.

Sounds like a cracking game though and well done Lynne! What a brave decision to No Deal as often as she did, delighted it worked out for her... About time we had a game like that, just gutted I didn't see it. :(

Will, the guy on www.ilovedealornodeal.co.uk puts the last 10 minutes of each game up on YouTube, if you don't get to see it on More 4.

And there's More4+1 if you have Sky, and I think another repeat tomorrow lunchtime (worth a sick day I think for this one! ;) )

Don't know where you find those housemates Will but they deserve eviction...

Only got Freeview. I wish they'd whack More4+1 on it.

It's OK though. I've bartered with them. I let them watch Simpsons in return for the last half hour of DoND!

A fair trade I reckon.

You could call it "the right deal at the right time"... ;)

Wow! What a superb game. Well worth watching. Absolutely awesome game, especially after losing the two biggies early on. Fantastic!

PS: My housemate watched DoND with me and now he's hooked too. He says he'll be watching tomorrow now. Hurrah!

Yay Lynne :D Glad she won £75,000... would've been tragic if she had 10p in her box, or she'd swapped.

'grats Lynne :D

well done Lynne!

she surely showed some bottle there.

I wonder if we did a sweep of everyone on the forum, who really would have said no deal.

i would like to believe i would have, but the thought of going home with 10p may have swung it for me accepting the offer.

excellent game, one of the best for a while.

Lui

I'd have said no deal. I even said no deal before the box was opened, so no hindsight was used.

In other news, the Pope announced today that he's Catholic.

I'd definitely have taken the last offer, if I'd got that far, but I wouldn't have had any idea what to do with the previous two...they were good, high offers, but it was such a stable board that a total disaster was extremely unlikely. I think I'd probably have turned down the fourth offer, but cut my losses with the £19,111.

Well. That was nothing short of AMAZING!!! Most exciting end to a game since Morris's for sure! It think the only thing that will top that is someone to no-deal on a £250k/blue last pair, and win the big one!

That was one gutsy lady, no doubt about it. I think 99% of people (including me, without thinking!) would have dealt there, but it often takes a decision against the natural run of events to win the life-changing money, you often have to risk leaving with nothing. Would most of us have been saying how reckless she was if she'd had the 10p? Who knows! It wouldn't have been as exciting if she'd kept one of the mid-reds that were there at the deal of 5 as fallback either!

That certainly tops Gaz's game - he won £100k after hitting the £250k first box. To win £75k after hitting both the 6-figure sums in the first round is just unbelievable. Wow! At first it was looking like disaster, then a nice safe middle reds game, and the all or nothing ending came from absolutely nowhere, all the middle values were picked off sequencially!

And another useless fact - not only Lynne's last pair was the same as Scottish Donna's, but also the last three, and the middle value was picked before the call both times. And the £75k was in the box both times! Would Lynne have turned down £30k, I reckon so! And Donna was the new player, spooky!

I'm still in shock, next Hall Of Fame here we come! :)

I'm somewhat embarrassed to admit that I fell asleep during the middle of that game but woke up in time to see the fabulous ending! What a great turnaround! She was one tough lady - very calm and assured. To turn down the last offer either requires a supreme amount of courage or an already healthy bank balance (!), but either way, it made for great entertainment. :D
