Yes. Mark and Shane really wanted the money to help with the work they do with disadvantaged young people. It was a real shame that his virtuous cause could not be vindicated with him taking the best deal of the day, by such is life. The guys were happy enough with £22k, so good luck to them. dcw

Well done Mark on £22,000. Given that you wanted to use some of them money to help others it's understandable that you didn't want to gamble, it might have been worth going on, but don't have too many regrets.

:( ouch - what an ending! Mark's boyfriend was quite cute though!

:o at Rhona having the £250,000 - surely people must recognise her as a black widow now (and I'm not being offensive by that remark).

Haha, yes, that's a bit of a tricky one, isn't it?! :? Haha, lol, I think everyone knows you mean she's a black widow because she's had high numbers...

Welldone to Mark on your £22k!

I think it's great! Dot was an actual literal black widow, but annoyingly she never had anything above £10,000...

I actually fell asleep this afternoon (I'm ill, not just lazy) and woke up about 16:08...I think it's scary that my body clock seems to be timed so I don't miss DOND. :?

Anyway, I really liked Mark...it was so horrible seeing him cry at the end with the Lance final two. But he did seem genuinely grateful for what he'd got, which was great, and I really hope he and Shane can do what they want with it.

Oh, and I really want tomorrow's player to win £22,000 now...

Ok, box 1 has had some huge numbers in lately! When's the last show it didn't have a power 5 red in.....?

Congrats to Mark anyway - ok, he could have won more but the 22k is enough for what he needs it for so well done to him.

Box 1 has had the £100,000 in each of the past 3 shows, and box 6 has had £75,000 for each of the past 3 shows.

If a player or box has the same amount multiple times, will they be doing a "Michaela" from now on?

Yep probably :) Slowly everything has got names, or 'terms'. Winning 50k by taking the box is a 'Saj', every time 75k and 100k stay to the final 2 it 's a 'Lance Pt x ', a run of numbers will be a 'Micheala', and many mroe I can't currently think off

I did that a few times when I was ill last winter, except I woke up at something like 16:07, 16:09 and 16:13 (on different occasions, obviously)!
