I know, and I know it isn't a spoiler. I personally don't mind you posting this but some people mightn't have wanted to know who was playing. Perhaps you could have started the thread when the game began

The More4 continuity announcer said it was Rachel's game yesterday before the show even started! I guess the repeats are aimed more at the fans rather than casual viewers.

I'll do a Top Trumps card after the show.

What you mean is that you did. So if you know something, it's fine to post, but if not, it's a spoiler.

I agree that there isn't much point starting this thread until the show's begun, though - people who want to know who plays can easily find out by looking at the stats.

Today's show is the first time there's just the one 'bom' between Noel's intro lines, rather than the two. So "A quarter of a million pounds! (bom)" rather than "A quarter of million pounds! (bom-bom)".

God, I notice the pickiest things.

Noel called the East Wing "the right-hand phalanx", and they all told Haleem to "continue" rather than "No Deal". I hate that. DO IT PROPERLY!!!!

And he only asked about half of them what they should do. Still the beginnings of what would become a sweep, though.

And the audience go 'Awwwww' when there is a break - never happens nowadays unless something really important is coming up - eg. Morris' offer. That was just cruel when he called the break then.

I remember someone posting about the name of the wings before, that he started using "right wing" and "left wing" before one of the contestants said something about the political connotations of those terms and they switched to the more neutral "East" and "West"!

And Player 14 is now being pronounced "Maidy" instead of "Maddy". I never knew which it was and now Noel has used both!
