I'm glad to be watchin again - i havent wtched for a few weeks because ive been so busy. The camera work at the start - was it a one off or is this a new feature? - seems too low and shaky for stedicam.

They are going in for the mind-games bit as the banker rings up and then puts the phone down without making an offer. The guy rings back and Alan gets to speak to him. He says the guys at the fire station don't believe there is anyone on the end of the phone!

The end result is that the offer is now £6,000

They replaced Paul with Paul - how cool! Although New Paul got rid of the 50p, so I don't like him...

(Incidentally, Alan would be the perfect person to win 50p, for me. I don't love him, so wouldn't feel bad if he did, but nor do I dislike him, so I wouldn't be annoyed that he got the honour of winning it. Shame it's gone, really.)

We're back from the break, and have one more box to open before the next offer. Alan's game has yet to attract any five figure sums from the banker, but if this next one is a blue or a low red, he should see the highest offer of the game so far. Whether he should take it or not is another matter entirely...
