Jackpot winner denied :(

Just one more brave no deal...

Would she have gone for it? Doubt it.

If the Banker didn't make that extra offer, maybe.

Bad answer for box 23 :(

Another player missed out on half a million...which wouldn't have happened

Nope. He saved £480,000 in March 2015 Sam's game if you count hypo-swaps and £472,000 in February 2014 Rich's game if your a purist.

90% of players would've dealt at 11, 8 or 5 box and would've (somewhat unjustly) earned the title of Deal's Biggest Loser in monetary terms. At least Kerry avoided that. :)

5 box and 3 box were both tricky decisions. At 3 box, you were probably looking at potential offers of £6,000, £65,000 and £100,000 and while it's tempting to try for a powerful all-red finish, the middle option isn't a huge amount more utility-wise and to crash from £40,000 to mid four figures would be quite devastating for most people, so I certainly don't blame Kerry for dealing when she did. :smt023

Reasonable deal, horribly unlucky proveout. Hopefully she won't have too many regrets. :smt023

Not as many regrets as if she'd had the button and bailed out by playing it earlier!

Kerry's game reminded me a bit of another Northern Irish lady, Melissa, who played a similarly determined game back in December. But while Melissa was younger and didn't appear to have many financial commitments, Kerry definitely did, which made her approach to the game a little uncomfortable at times. Still, at least she went away with a life-enhancing sum, something that probably wouldn't have happened with that approach on a different day.
