You should be very happy with that, says Noel! The Banker says this will be the exact same second offer Olivia got!

Banker's offer:

£18,000

Shouldn't have mentioned Olivia's game there. That's Noel's fault for starting this looking for love junk! :smt011

The Banker says he could've stuck there, but didn't. Noel remembers Olivia won less than that! We see a replay of the £250,000 being revealed in Olivia's box following a hypo-swap. Grant says he wants some money to pay for his brother's wedding. He says saying no to £18,000 is just crazy, as you can quickly take out the top three.

Grant says:

NO DEAL

OK, it SURELY is going to be a 3rd offer deal and the offer MUST begin with a 2!

Round 3

Box 20 with Sheila - £5

Noel notes that Grant is becoming tense.

Box 2 with Jess - £10,000

Now we cannot have a mass destruction, says Noel.

Box 19 with Pip - £75,000 :?

Banker time...

Grant says that was inevitable. Noel says the strong start protects him.

Banker's offer:

£16,000

Grant says that's a very good offer to make, but there are still a lot of powerful boxes there. Emma says Grant shouldn't let previous games influence his decision making.

Grant says:

NO DEAL

It doesn't necessarily HAVE to be, as we've already seen plenty of players this year make 3rd offers Deals inconsistent with their first two No Deals (i.e. Steph, Wanda, Liz, Michelle, Finley, and WORST of all, Iris).

WOW, Grant is going on to 8 box, though. :smt023 Brilliant job editing team. :smt023

£16,000 was unfair. The Banker could've got a 3rd offer deal there.

I think if he avoids the £250k now, his next offer will be the £15k he said he'd deal at.

Hmmm... 10p balances that.

Round 4

Box 7 with Alicia - £100,000 :?

Ooh, that is seriously unsettling, says Noel. He wonders if the game is beginning to fall apart.

Box 11 with Brijesh - 10p :-)

Box 6 with Harriet next, but Noel calls a break first...

Hopefully this next offer is a PROPER one (i.e. £20,000) if the next box is blue.

We're back...

Noel says Grant spent the whole break pacing around saying 'it's horrible now'.

Final box before the Banker...

Box 6 with Harriet - £20,000

Banker time...

Noel thinks this is a descending game, and an uncomfortable challenge. The Banker says he was going to offer £13,000, but Grant said early on that £15,000 was what he came for, and he has been brave. He'll meet halfway.

Banker's offer:

£14,000

Noel repeats the mantra of it being hard to leave on a descending game. Grant says he went on at £17,000 as the board looked strong enough. Sue says it's all about knowing when to leave the game. Grant's mother says she'll stand by him whatever he does; his brother says he'll be chasing the money if he hits just one of the big numbers. Linah says Grant would probably be advising another round in the wings. Shona doesn't want any more broken hearts. The Banker calls, and Noel drops the receiver when he answers it!

Grant says:

DEAL

Let's hope he's getting out of a descending game.

Grant DEFINITELY should've taken the 1st offer if he willing to take an offer that RUBBISH later on in the game.

Round 5 - proveout

Box 14 with Pat - £3,000

Noel gets annoyed with that being applauded!

Box 8 with Sue - £50

Oh no, says Noel.

Box 4 with Linah - £35,000

Uncertain response to that.

Banker time...
