No way would it have been £19,000 in live play. Still, an understandable deal given how precarious the board was.

Never in a month of Sundays would it have been £19k in live play. One of those offers where you suspect The Banker knows our scoring system and made it over £18k to make it a TBW instead of a TPW.

I second that. BankerSpanker, we have lots of spare plates in our cupboards, I can send you some if you like? Very fun to throw at walls.
Also note - small mirrors not attached to walls, which can be disposed of with relative ease (but wouldn't recommend - cleanup is rigorous and strenuous); glasses (cleanup again strenuous), mugs (not so much, they don't shatter into a million pieces) or even, if you have a pet, intense strangulation.

Is £19,000 really that unrealistic? As a standalone offer it does look way too generous, but to have gotten to that point he'd have to turn down £9,000 on 6 blues/£10,000/£250,000. A 5-box offer of £10,000-£12,000 would be too stingy of an increase. £15,000 is more realistic imo, but £19,000 isn't that drastically far off.

The players' timing seem to be a bit off at the moment, Tim was unlucky there but at least he didn't fall into the chase the big reds trap which got Bex yesterday.

The running joke about Tim & Sam was both highly amusing and slightly uncomfortable
