The Banker tweeted that something HISTORIC would happen today.

Roy's game today with Box 11.

We are shown 'highlights' of Teresa's game.

Very quick lead in to the player selection.

It's been a very, very long time since I last commented on a game.

I suspect a lot has changed...or not, still I've been hearing things about game so it should be exciting.

On the table is a small lead plane. His father was killed in 1942.
Roy has an old coin from 1913 and says whoever reveals the 1p will be given the coin. Another coin is given to the Banker.
A photo shows Roy rock climbing in the Lake District.

Housekeeping done and here we go!

Well, certainly not one of the best starts but it's only the first round.

The edited shows lately certainly featured lots of shots of Roy on the wings. Some of it was in offering aggressive advice. It feels like it ought to mean something. But what?

Banker says Roy is trouble and thinks he is after the big prize.

Banker's offer:

£10,400

Well, VERY early first break at 8 minutes past, which means he could probably still be in play at 2 box. £250k versus a blue and he wins the blue I'm going to guess... Also lots of obvious editing down in this show.

Roy offered very opinionated views of the board during previous games. I wonder if this game will pass any judgement on that advice.

Also noticed how Noel paid zero attention to the previous game(s) where a defeatist early deal would have rewarded the player with a OPW. Particularly Teresa which had uncanny echos to Nicolaes game but with a completely different result.

What about an all blue or all red 8 box. Is either a first?? Couldn't wait to hear Noel talk his way out of that.

All red 8 box not possible now but both have been done before.

Noel says Roy still has 9 blues on the board. We are shown the replay of Roy reacting to being picked even though he knew before. Banker says he is worried.

Banker's offer:

£11,000

What other "firsts" could there be?

Not sure to make him as an OHO or a cautious player.

Plus very possible "extra" offers are likely to happen judging by the timing of the show.
