The FD as it stands is £4,439.19. So a stick or an increase would make the next offer dealable.

We're back, and Kate wastes no time picking...

Box 14 (Waraporn) - 50p

Thank goodness. Banker time...

About all you can say for this board is that she's got two of the top three and only two of the bottom five.

Banker considers her a "highly unusual opponent", given the dynamic with her nephew. Her fatalism and his analytical approach are in conflict.

Banker's offer:

£7,000

£7,000, again, is a good offer.

Very decent offer... got a good chance of having two or three blues in the next round.

Wouldn't be the worst 11-box deal here with a 50% chance of having a one-box game at best at 8-box.

Aimed at her "analytical side". Mike says that it's a good offer for the board, emphasises the need to keep the top two. Myyles thinks it's a hard board to play, and points to the proximity of the £10k to the offer; he asks whether her ambitions are big enough to play on on this board, and is applauded for the advice.

Apparently they are. NO DEAL.

"Analytical Kate didn't manifest herself there." Noel is actually selling this as a possible mistake! Really refreshing!

ROUND 4
Box 6 (Trev) - £1
Trev sounded a 2007-Noel note of optimism and then helped to vindicate it!

Noel is still anxious, believe it or not, and thinks the pilgrims aren't sure if it was a good gamble to take.
Box 8 (Trish) - £10
Not so much now.

Box 18 (Ahmed) - 10p
Perfection! The 1 in 165 chance of THAT!

Banker time...

Chance of 3 blues = 21.21%
Chance of 2 blues = 51.09%

:smt023 :smt023

And she's just hit it.

This will be in five figures now... £12,000 / £13,000

Probably enough for her to deal.

The reverse 1 in 165 chance would have left her with a £1k-high board. As it is, the Banker is thrown. He thinks that she's not playing on with blind faith, but with earnest determination.

This'll be generous.

Banker's offer:

To be revealed after the break

Surely has to be above £10,000. Could possibly double the last offer.

I suspect that whatever this offer is, if it's Dealt it'll be another loss for Deal-Eye, which has probably gone at 11-box and may have gone at 14-box.

You have to remember that in the context of filming, the break between filming (especially for the 2nd and 3rd breaks) is far less than on TV - I'm not sure why the pilgrims groan actually.

That's the thing: DE dislikes the good periods for the show we all love, and loves the 'sticky' periods we get bored of eventually!

Maybe they're told to groan or something?
