We have music for eliminating the 1p now? Is that a new development?

£1750?! :smt019

I'd have expected at least £3,000.

Hardik says that's good for the board, and ponders whether Adamu can miss the £35,000 again. Tony says Adamu has gone through so much, so he can do this. Noel says Adamu has made a huge impact on everyone.

Adamu says:

NO DEAL

Adamu says every day is a fight that has to be won.

Adamu picks Tony next, but Noel calls a break first...

Very unusual pattern to have 14- and 8-box breaks!

Banker time...

Some more excited running around from Adamu. The Banker says that was incredible. He thinks Adamu is one of the most positive people he has met.

Banker's offer:

£6,500

Holy Toledo, an all-blue round. He really needed that at this point in the game.

1 in 14 of that all-blue and I'm having to think patiently about that offer myself.

Jason says that's absolutely brilliant, and no-one wants Adamu to win 10p. Mark says Adamu won't get offered that again if he loses £35,000. Sarah says the odds are Adamu has a red in his box. Lucia says it's up to Adamu to decide.

Adamu says:

NO DEAL

I feel he's made a huge mistake by declining that offer. Ready with my Beration Cannon if it all goes to crap.

Round 6

Noel says no-one wants Adamu to win 10p given his back story. Adamu says he's not being greedy; he appreciates the money, but he wants to do more.

Box 18 with Hardik - 10p :D :-D

An all-red 4-box! :D Cue a lap of honour from Adamu!

Box 5 with Jean - £5,000 :D

You need to find the £1,000, says Noel. He says this could be one of the most amazing changes of fortune.

Box 8 with Hannah - £10,000

Banker time with £1,000 and £35,000 remaining.

Well that guarantees you a very difficult decision, says Noel. He says this will be quite something. Adamu says words can't describe this. He says, no matter where you are, you shouldn't let anything get you down. The Banker wasn't expecting to be making this kind of offer.

Banker's offer:

£13,000

Well, how do you like that? Stuff of legends. But now I wonder if he'll go after the £35,000. Tough call to make, but I think a deal is approaching.

That's enough for me. Although possibly not by much.

Hmm... £13,000? I don't know what I'd do. £1,000 is still good but £12k is a HELL OF A LOAD to lose!

Big question is: what will he do, says Noel. Hardik says it's a good offer; Rich says this feels like victory considering where Adamu was earlier.

Adamu says:

DEAL

I have a feeling he's torn between his respect for money and his sense of strong will. Heck, I think that's been the case since 14-box.

I thought he was going on there, glad I was wrong!

Noel reveals £35,000 in Adamu's Box 10. :(

Adamu is really disappointed, but he couldn't do it to himself and his kids. He appeals to everyone to give to a charity that supports projects in Africa. The Banker calls, and says he'll give Adamu a reference!

Box 2 with Marion contains the £1,000.

Noel says, in gameplay terms, Adamu didn't win, but, in life terms, he is victorious. :D
