Deepa says it is a very generous offer, and she was not expecting that much. Adamu says the Banker has seen Deepa's weakness, and wells up a bit as he tries to offer some more advice. Jake says Deepa should not get fixated on the big money, and the offer will keep dropping if Deepa hits one of the big sums. Charlotte says she'd go on, but she knows how much the money means to Deepa.

Noel goes and stands in Deepa's wing position. Deepa talks to the Banker, and says there is no middle ground, so the board will go one way or another depending on what happens next. Deepa says it's so hard.

Deepa says:

NO DEAL

Noel calls a break...

Hell, even the Banker has been corrupted by the 'regular' advice, perfectly advocating that the offer will jump up should the blues come out in the next round. Wow.

Around 15 minutes to go after the break at the start of round 4... either it's going to be a big crash or a mega win.

That was probably the WORST advice I have ever heard from the husband in the audience. All he could say when Deepa asked what he thought, was "It's big money."

Mega win? No.
Big crash? It's possible.

We're back...

Round 4

Noel says Deepa is only after modest money, and the board will either go one way or another.

Box 9 with Kirsti - £3,000

Box 11 with Charlotte - £10

Box 6 with Harrison - £1,000

Banker time...

She probably will deal here... and the offer probably won't be that much higher.

Those two lower reds were frankly blues, says Noel. The Banker says Deepa is a good example of how honesty is the best policy, and her courage in turning down £5,000 is rewarded. He is basing this offer of the exchange rate between the pound and the rupee.

Banker's offer:

1 MILLION RUPEES / £11,857

Deepa asks for a show of hands, and everyone except Carla says deal; it is more mixed in the Pilgrims.

Deepa says:

DEAL

1,000,000 INR = £11,365.40 according to XE.com

Predictable deal!

Round 5 - proveout

Deepa is keeping Box 22.

Box 16 with Hardik - £1

Not one of these games, says Noel.

Box 10 with Lucia - 50p

Not an all-blue round now, says Noel.

Box 18 with Ben - £5

Banker time...

Another ONE blue remaining at five box... clearly it's been proven she isn't a good board reader...

She probably would have deal here... but a five box like that, very worth going for.

What on Earth is going on here, says Noel. He says we've had weeks of games where the players' timing has been all wrong.

Banker's offer would've been:

3 MILLION RUPEES / £35,571

Surely the lowest tariff 5th round we've ever had that wasn't the perfect 1 in 56.

Two consecutive 'all Power 5' rounds... unprecedented.

As Punch would say - ''That's the way to do it'' :D

Box 22 with Chan contains the £20,000.

Deepa says she is happy, and Noel says everyone else is happy for her. He suggests Deepa become a money trader after turning 1p in 1,000,000 rupees!
