Probably because, technically, as there isn't a (much needed) Summer Break this year, the season hasn't ended; we just think of this as the end of Season 7/start of Season 8 for stat compiling purposes (if you get what I mean).

I've said it before but the all blue opening round can be a bit of a poison chalice, Liz's game took a hit in the second round and took a long time to recover.

Thought £22k was the perfect point to bow out, and while I try to give the Banker the benefit of the doubt where proveout offers are concerned I'm very sceptical about £33k because a) the 10p was still in play and b) Liz had proved as far back as round one she wasn't a natural gambler, so probably would have dealt almost anything to avoid a blue
