If ever a game deserved the Oh Dear treatment, this was it, shame it was over used!

A silly deal, that was a game that cried out for a No Deal at the point she dealt.

The £32k 2 box prove out offer would have driven most on I'd have thought had they got that far, she'd have gone at 5 box mx though even if she had no dealt at 8, so only £8k down in reality!

What infuriated me was the Banker even considering the 'holding offer' at round 1. She only took out two reds totalling £18k and 3 blues. That offer should've been in 5-figures! £6,500 was an utter joke!

I genuinely liked Katie, she was so bubbly and full of energy when she came to the table, and that smile *Sigh*

Yes, a statistically poor deal but that was frankly a horrible board to play, the £250k was increasingly isolated and only a reckless player would have chased it all the way. At the end of the day the Banker read her perfectly but everyone has their tipping point especially when the board is stacked against you.

Yes she shold have gone another round, maybe even two but there was no way she was going to gamble on the Scream ending, and for that I cannot blame her

I really had a good feeling Katie's game when JohnBristol said she would become a DOND legend in her fanclub on here. I really thought she was gonna pull a long overdue big win, but....OH DEAR

And unfortunately, the curse of the Katies continues. We've had 5 Katies (6 if you include 'Katy' from Novemeber 2006) and all of them have either won a blue or have undersold their box. None of them had a player win yet

1. Katy (November 2006) - Won £500
2. Katie (January 2008) - Won 1p
3. Katie (December 2009) - Undersold a £50k box (Although she still had a very healthy £40k win)
4. Katie (September 2011) - Dealt at £17k and missed out on a £50k/£100k finish
5. Katie (November 2011) - Won £1
6. Katie (July 2012) - Undersold a £250k box for £8k making it the biggest underselling of a £250k box

The Katies are having even worse luck than the Irene's IMO (At least 52p Irene made a profit on her 10p box and £40k Irene sold a £35k box for more than it's value despite missing on the 'Jennifer' offer!)

Yes, I think anyone named Katie should avoid this show.

Just imagine if this game happened circa 4 years ago (It's exactly 4 years since the infamous Louise/Lance/Carol debacle too!) this thread would probably be at least 12/13 pages long by now!!

Don't forget Katie Price! She undersold the £250,000 as well! (Albeit through a much more reasonable deal)

What a lovely, adorable girl, beautiful, the type I'd just love to hug and tell her she's amazing, WHAT A SHAME she went with so little money, shocking offers, especially that 32k final offer, Banker wouldn't SERIOUSLY have offered that would he??? I mean it should have been 50k MINIMUM!! She was unlucky to have the big one, but I had a feeling she'd gone one too soon, I knew she was cautious, she kept going on about the money like she didnt think she was entitled to be offered it, I think the experience caught up with her at the end, I hate seeing games like that! She had a lovely voice and beautiful face too, often Yorkshire sounding, but not too often with a North East twang, like a mix, she swallowed her ts and ks but apart from that she wasnt hardly ever North East sounding! lol
