That was a much needed round for him.

The Banker says he is going to try a different tact now, as Darren has been using the odds well. He tells Darren to seriously think about this offer for his wife, he then gets Darren to tell everyone about the card he got for his wife on Valentines day, and Darren says that there was a slight spelling mistake on it, and it said 'To my hussband'

Banker's offer:

£21,000

£21,000?!

Right, I'm definitely dealing! That offer is almost £10,000 above the FD!

Darren turns to his wife, and she says it is a massive amount, but it is totally his game. Darren asks when will he get another chance like this with these odds. He then talks about it being nearly 2 years wages, and the big family holiday they would all like. The Banker calls and says that sometimes after a show they get letters from past contestants, and he recently had a letter and photograph from someone on holiday with their little boy walking through a big theme park, and there was also a note from the little lad saying thanks and that he had the best dad ever.

Noel calls a break before he asks Darren the question....

That is one HIGHLY GENEROUS offer! Other players would be lucky to get even £10k on that board!

I tell you what though. If he no deals this and has another all blue round, which is perfectly feasible, that offer will be north of 30k the way the banker is playing today.

A break before the deal...I think this will lead to a deal.

And more time waiting, and there you have it, an 8-box deal.

Can only hope it goes wrong now.
