Now I wonder what DEAL-EYE would've done.

Did they edit out the holiday bit? Does anyone know what it was? A week for 2 in _____

Bills game was great to see recorded, far more tense than they showed on tv. The bit they edited from his story of his colleagues being killed on the ship was that when he went to make the tea and the order was given to take cover, the explosion blew the door off its hinges that Bill had closed behind him as he left the flight deck. When he got up the door had missed him by inches and was embedded in the wall at the end of the corridor.

Oof... so he might not have been with us today, then.

He is even more deserving of every penny of that £30k, in that case. ;) ;) ;)

Now this is what deal really needs. More players like Bill.

Kind and caring, liked by all and with the guts to go for gold. In my opinion that's the ideal player, and Bill ticked all of those boxes.

I so wish he'd got the £250,000, I think he made every one feel like he could do it. Bet it was an amazing atmosphere in the dream factory, wish I could have been there.

Many congratulations to him, his wife and his familly, Bill I hope you enjoy the money! :D :D :D

If he did have the £250,000 in his box then he may have gone for it. But it wasn't guaranteed.

Great game. I might start talking about when the right time to go was after the twist but he at least got out when the reward wasn't worth the risk.

Game of the month candidate for sure even if it wasn't the perfect game gameplay wise.

Im glad to say they somehow managed to edit out a noise that was heard in the studio as the players were doing that game, you could hear the heartbeat sound and then every few seconds there would be a loud BEEP. I kept thinking it was the buzzer sounding but it was supposed to be a hospital equipment sound! They dropped it after a few shows and somehow appear to have got rid of it on the soundtrack!

Good game, and again the player did the twist on the first try - not as hard as it looks?

I would have gone at £50k personally but with one box to open I can understand why Bill pushed on, just glad he didn't push his luck too far - Going home with £5k after the highs of that game would have been pretty cruel

One of my favourite games in a long time. Brave no deal went unrewarded, but pulled from the brink and dealt at the right time. Excellent. Top bloke to boot.
