Although it is called the "death box", 22 has actually had the £250k only 62 times, only box 13 would you believe has had it less! (60 times)

It's totally all or peanuts now says Noel. The Banker says that there is a huge temptation now to make an offer to force Caroline to play on.

Caroline says that the Banker is a very clever man. Caroline goes to Nick, and he says that the odds are stacked against her now, and with 3 boxes to choose next it is a huge gamble.

Just as Noel asks the question the Banker rings and asks if it would be easier if it was £4,000. He says that if Caroline says NO DEAL, he will allow her to open 1 box and if it is blue the offer will be £4,000. Caroline turns to her husband and he asks if she is turning into a gambler. Bill asks what will happen if Caroline plays on and hits a blue, will the Banker sucker her into trying another box.

Somehow she managed to win less than Craig which is surprising considering his horror game.

Caroline says that was a good spanking, although Noel corrects her as she could have had £6,000 earlier. Caroline says that is a great amount to win and it will sort out her holiday now.

Well, that was undeniably cautious, but, as it turned out, incredibly clever. No matter how statistically poor the deal was, let's be pleased she did the right thing.

Well there you go. An "unavoidable" trainwreck avoided. I guess that's why you get "bad Deals", and it's only the logical flipside of "recklessness" being rewarded, which gets far more attention as it usually produces massive wins...!
