Obviously it didn't - another peculiarly early finish, even after all that bad luck... :eyes: :eyes: :? :smt102

Also, what happened to the arm wrestling match? :P

Is it not obvious why that didn't take place (or at least didn't make the final edit)? :eyes: :eyes:

Noel asks about the elephant that Sam has brought along with him, and he says it was given to him as a lucky charm and it has to point to a door, Noel points out that there are lots of doors in the studio!

Another player recently had an elephant with them, and Noel spoke about where the elephant should point, as there are multiple doors... :ponder:

Going by what MisterAl says above, that is the first time - after nearly six and a half years - that £5k has been the biggest amount at this stage. (What are the odds, I wonder?!) (

If my calculations are correct (and I'm sure I'll be corrected if they're not), the odds of an 11-box board with all the top 8 amounts taken out is 1 in 1938.

When you start playing a £3k jackpot game at 11-box, the stakes are low enough that I think you can just about not really bother about whether the decisions the player makes are right or not. In the end, he made the right one at 2-box, otherwise Noel might have been mentioning Sam in the same breath as Nikki Tucker et al for months to come.

I thought Carly's game was bad but that does take the biscuit.

Just as well he listened to his girlfriend at the end and dealt the £1,000 or he would have been going home with shrapnel. Though having said that what's the betting if he'd said no deal the Banker would have tested her theory the red was on the wings by offering the swap? It was almost guaranteed

It's never guarrenteed unless the £250,000 is in play.

given how the Banker's mind works I would say it was a high probability at the very least
