Jess's game today.

Noel congratulates David for remaining positive after such a bad start, and not getting unsettled by the Banker's Gamble. He thinks he has set a very good mood for today's game.

Jess has Box 22 today.

Jess Richards is a sports therapist from Llanelli. She tells of how she has always loved sport, after catching a ball thrown by an England footballer. She went on to represent Wales at international cricket.

She has a photo of her family, and has her dad in the audience for support; Noel mocks his voice!

Here we go...

Round 1

Jess has a little system. She's keeping Box 13, and Box 2.

Jan first, and Noel questions her about her views for an independant Cornwall! She says it will adopt a new currency: the Truro!

Box 10 with Jan - £50,000

Box 7 with Lynn - £10

Sam next, and Noel criticises him for being too timid!

Box 16 with Sam - £35,000

Box 18 with Carlos - £750

Box 11 with James - £250

Banker time...

A lot better than yesterday, says Noel. The Banker is worried, as Jess is a determined young lady from South Wales!

Banker's offer:

£12,000

He's taking you seriously, says Noel. Jess says it's a good offer.

I wonder if this means he'll keep on making very generous offers like that first one, then...? :eyes: :eyes: :eyes: ;)

£12,000?!
She took out £86,010 in that round AND the Banker's Power 5 are still INTACT. I was not expecting 5-figures there! :o

Oh, and the FD is just under £9,500. Has Deal-Eye gone?

Box 3 with Jackie - £20,000

Go top left, says Noel.

Box 1 with Kirsty - 10p

Banker time...

The Welsh are stacking up, says Noel, as Jackie is Welsh too! At least Jackie looks stylish, says the Banker, compared to Mark! The Banker says he found a pair of pink hair straighteners in Mark's hotel room!

Banker's offer:

£16,000

Noel tells of how, while playing cricket, Jess once bowled the opposing captain out, and he was later found crying because he was bowled out by a girl!

Round 3

Box 14 with Chris - £15,000

The gap gets bigger, says Noel. You need some bravery now.

Box 4 with Donna - 1p :D

Noel calls a break...

The 12-box board:

50p
£1
£5

£50

£500

£1,000
£3,000
£5,000
£10,000

£75,000
£100,000
£250,000

Looks like she'll pretty much have to hold on to all three of those amounts in the bottom right-hand corner now... :eyes:

We're back...

Noel wonders if Jess will be the next QM winner.

Final box before the Banker...

Banker time...

Was that a shorter break than usual? :eyes: :eyes: :eyes:

And just as I say that she'll pretty much have to hold on to those three big amounts, she hits the lowest of them. :? :?

That means it's dangerous now... :eyes: :eyes: :?

That increases the gap, says Noel, but the top two are still there. The Banker says he wants to get rid of Wales, by chipping it off with pneumatic drills! Jan tells him not to do the same to Cornwall!

Banker's offer:

£18,000
