Stephen's game today.

Noel says the 1980s is the banker's favourite love period, and he talks about how the banker avoided paying out £250,000 yesterday. Noel tries to operate the large radio in the studio, and the banker rings and tells Noel to press play and stop hitting the lights on the graphic equalizer.

80s Love Mix twist:

The player gives the love necklace to someone on the wings. When that person's box is chosen in live play, they guess the contents of their box, and if they're right, they win a holiday. The player also gets an immediate offer from the banker.

Stephen has box 9.

Stephen is from Wales, and is a furnace operator at a steel-works. Stephen's other half is in the audience with her sister, and we get to see a photo of Stephen's children.

(Very quick intro)

Here we go...

After two poor deals, I bet this game will have a gambler who crashes all the way to a blue win.

£350k could have been paid out the last two days... but instead, it was only a tenth of that amount, thanks to Alex cautiously playing the cassette necklace :eyes: and then cautiously dealing the extra offer, and Jackie following that example.

Hopefully Stephen won't make it a hat-trick... :eyes: ;)

Round 1

Stephen awards the love necklace to Mathew with box 3.

13 - Keith - £100,000

8 - Nick - £50

2 - Gabbie - 1p :D

Stephen gives Gabbie a 1p kiss, but Noel says it wasn't a proper 1p kiss. The banker rings and says that was rubbish as it's Love Week, so he gets them to do the kiss again with the glitter ball hanging above them!

15 - Chris - £5,000

Carlos next, and Noel says Carlos's partner William picked up the bill (Bill) on their first date. :P

14 - Carlos - £750

Banker time

Yeah and if Jackie had gone all the way to the end, then they would have added an extra cassette tape which are on the front of the two rows.

Well, they did start being sponsered by them a year ago today; so the contract could well be up now.

Stephen and Noel were clearly both like greased lightning when they respectively turned down that £8k and called a break... could that be because of this comment of the Banker's, I wonder?

:eyes: :eyes: :eyes: ;) ;) ;)

Just looked at a site and the contract seems to have expired as it was only for one year.
