Amy's game today.

Noel talks about how anything can happen on the show, and yesterday Noel got fired as he apparently did something wrong and the Banker asked him to leave. He then throws a pilgrim out as he thinks she wished she was here yesterday to see getting fired!

Noel and the banker definitely enjoy conducting parts of the show from outside these days...

Amy has box 22 today.

Amy is from Hackney, she is a freelance costume designer. She talks a little about her design work and Noel asks her about the latex designs she makes, and Amy says that it is funny he should ask about that as she has a gift for him and the Banker. Noel opens his gift and it is a red DoND bow tie, which Noel puts on. Noel then sends the Banker his gift. Amy has a lucky cat that her friend gave her. Amy shows us some of her pictures of her design work and also her family. She has her mum and dad in the audience for support.

So they extended the show by 15 minutes so that they could faff about throwing contestants/members of the audience out of the studio? Tiresome.

Noel asks Amy what she would do with any winnings. Amy says she would like to expand her business, as at the moment she does everything herself and also works from home, so would love a workshop so she could work away from home and also hopefully get some help so she can work on expanding the business. Amy goes to her dad who says that he is worried about box 22 and box 13, as he thinks box 22 has a small number in it. The Banker calls and says that he can't remember any friend or family who has been so pessimistic, and offers him a tea or coffee!

Amy says that is a good offer for the board really, and she can still give her mum the holiday to Rome that she wanted to go on, but couldn't afford. The Banker phones and asks if it would make a difference if he threw in a holiday to Rome as well, but then hangs up the phone. Amy's dad tells her to remain positive.
