Daz’s game today. He has box 22.

Project Delivery Manager. Nope, I don’t understand what that means either.

Married to Isabel, with two girls.

Good luck Daz! :D

Nice display of vocal talents there - Frank Spencer, Jimmy Saville and Dale Winton! :-D

Daz writes a target figure in Noel's little black book.

Daz does some kind of Frank Spencer impersonation while we wait for the phone to ring.

Noel says the banker doesn't like him.

Noel says £7000. Then £9000. Then £10000.

It doesn't stop there: it goes up to £11,000

Noel says that is the second highest offer ever. (Behind Aaron/Bushy I guess)

Daz asks for the question.

NO DEAL

Next is box 21 = £5

Box 14 = £100000 :( :(

Methinks it's time for the first break...

Now then! Now then! time for a break!

Good start despite the 100k loss....otherwise it would have been excellent.

The average has been hurt slightly by the loss of the 100k, but was still a fair round.

6 numbers, odds of taking out 1 is 46%, odds of taking out 2 33%.

We're back from the break, and we open the last box from round two:-

Box 13 = 1p :D :D

The £100K hurt, and even taking out the 1p means I think he'll be lucky to improve on the £11K from round one.

Here is the current state of play:

50p
£1
£10
£100
£250
£500

£1000
£5000
£15000
£20000
£35000
£50000
£75000
£250000

After much messing around with Jimmy Saville impersations, and Noel's version which sounds more like Tommy Cooper, the offer is:

£7,500

Daz asks for the question straight away.

NO DEAL

God he's fast. I can't keep up!!

Box 11 - £15000

Box 18 - £10

Box 20 completes the round = £1000

Here's what's left:

50p
£1
£100
£250
£500

£5000
£20000
£35000
£50000
£75000
£250000

The offer is: £13,500 :D

Very good round losing the 15k, and a poor offer to follow, strange play by the banker.

5 left, odds of losing 1, 45%, losing 2, 36%.

Daz wastes no time in asking for the question again.

NO DEAL.

I do hope these quick decisons don't backfire on him.

Daz wants a Quickie. Arrrgh! SLOW DOWN MAN!! :-D

16 = £35,000

9 = £1

12 = £100 (which even the director doesn't catch!!!)

Time for the next offer.

Wow, this is becoming serious! The prediction graph is starting to skyrocket, the banker will be forced to make a good offer now...

4 left, odds of losing 1 is 43%, the same for losing 2.

Calling another break before the next offer finally gives me a chance to catch my breath and reflect on what is left at this all-important eight-box stage:

50p
£250
£500

£5000
£20000
£50000
£75000
£250000

Three blues and five reds - three of them powerful ones. This is a very good board. Hopefully, the banker's offer should reflect that fact.

I reckon somewhere close to £30K would be about right. Not sure if that would be walking money or not though. This is a very attractive board.

We're back from the break, the phone rings, and the banker offers:

£19,900

WTF????? :?

That is mean. Very mean.
