Chris' game today.

Noel welcomes us to the 3rd LIVE show, and he thanks everyone for the reaction to the LIVE shows. Noel apologises to Betty for the rushed ending and says that bad news shouldn't be so rushed, and he didn't have time to calm things at the end.

Noel shows us the video now of how he met our next contestant, he is in Bridlington, and is told he has to go out on a lifeboat! Noel boards the lifeboat and is locked inside while they go out to sea! Noel climbs on deck and chats to Chris and offers him the chance to play Deal or No Deal LIVE, Chris says DEAL.

Noel gets some of his crew members to agree to open boxes as well

Chris has box 14 today.

Noel says that Chris is a quiet man and wonders how he will handle Deal or No Deal Live. Chris introduces some of his friends and family who are opening boxes.

Noel introdues ex-contestant Joe who celebrated his 100th birthday recently :D The Banker rings and shows picture of Joe with his 100th birthday card from the Queen.

Noel says that Chris is missing 2 people, and Noel says that there is a LIVE broadcast now from his lifeboat station where his children and the rest of his family and friends are watching.

Noel calls a break....

The 3 blues were good, but unfortunately 2 of the power 5 went. The Banker says it's a bad line today and it is the last time he uses a Blackberry! The Banker says that everyone has been crazy online today, and he has a question from Hannah in Truro, and she asks if Noel remembers being stuck in a lift with her when she was little with her mum, and she is now 21!

Banker's offer:

£7,700

Fantastic topical reference again at the first offer, but why is Noel Edmonds inspired by Jeremy Kyle on High Stakes and giving the contestant an answer to a question? ;)

(Smiley face deliberate.)

Noel asks if Chris is a gambler. Chris says "not really". Chris just cost himself thousands of pounds.

According to odds being handled by a certain Aaron "bushy" Bell, Chris is 10/3 to go to the end... oh it just went in to 3/1.

Noel talks about the critical timings in these games, and tells Chris that if he wants to avoid a Betty type rushed ending he might want to hurry here.

Chris says

Third game in a row that Noel has hurried the player at 11-box. I'm fairly confident now that this is a deliberate approach to ensure nobody deals before the ADP in these games.

He's behind Betty's schedule at 8-box and he has an ultra-perilous board. The Banker has two choices; lowball all the way and hope for a panicked Deal, or throw in one decent offer that can't possibly be rejected in a hurry. It's the latter.
