Noel says this has been an amazing week already, and talks about the emotions we've had in the games so far, and how the players have been all very different but the games have been similar in many ways.

Noel tries to pronounce Loz's full name but has difficulty! Loz has his brother and mum in the audience today. Loz says he's a semi-professional strongman, and explains how he got into that after doing well in various competitions. He shows a pic of him lifting up the back of a van, and says he won England's Strongest Man in 2009, and has won leg events in World's Strongest Man competitions. He also shows a pic of his girlfriend and daughter.

Dave says everyone's game is different and he agrees with Keith that this really is Loz's decision now.
