Oh no, no, what a horrible round says Noel. The Banker says that Boo is having a shocking game with all the big money falling away, and it is similar to Roman's game, although he had more back-up at this stage.

Banker's offer:

£6,000

Kirsty says the odds are quite good for a low round next, and Boo's sister-in-law thinks there is one more round as well.

Boo says

NO DEAL

I was in Turkey last December, and had a look at the Turkish TV channels. I didn't find the Turkish DoND, but I found the Turkish Strictly Come Dancing, and most of the studio audience were either asleep, or taking photos. :ponder:

Another thing I should mention is that the Turkish Strictly was scheduled to be on for about 4 hours, and I don't think it was a final or a special or anything. So maybe they just like really long TV programmes!

I'd push that a bit higher. £13.5k.

That was half decent and you kind of got away with that says Noel. The Banker says there is almost 40% chance of Boo hitting the £250,000 in the next round.

Banker's offer:

£10,100

No wonder the audience were asleep then.

And were back to the 40% chance again, think that offer is a little low imo

yes. much lower than you'd expect. Almost guarantees another round with the spectre of Tolleck and Rob in her mind.

Did anyone notice the little bark/growl from Noel when the £20k was revealed.

If the £250k stays to five-box, we'll get a proper decision... actually that's dealable, but the sort of situation where people tend to chase the game whether they ought to or not...

Was worth another round. But not a strong board though.

Boo says that this is difficult now. Andrew turns things around on the Banker and says that there is a 60% chance of keeping the £250,000 in the game. The Banker calls and asks if Andrew fancies putting his money where his mouth is, and Andrew says that he hasn't got any money that is why he is here. The Banker makes a bet with Andrew, if the £250,000 comes out in the next round Andrew has to give the Banker £25, but if it doesn't appear the Banker will give Andrew £100. Andrew accepts the bet.

Boo says

DEAL

Shocker. She bluffed me with that smile. 14 minutes until the credits roll surely mean a PFH or some sort mindgames. I won't pre-empt her joining the hall of fame with Rob and Tolleck until 5 box.... :devil If £250k £35k and the penny are on the board at 5 box I'd say we should be in governor terrritory.

Massively EV+ side bet for Andrew (expected value of about £53), and he's unequivocally right to take it at those stakes.

Boo? Well, it's also EV+ to play on here, of course, but the stakes are high and there is clear and present danger. No criticism from here - as I said, it's a configuration where people end up playing on even if they probably shouldn't.
