That was big final box says the Banker, and it went Justin's way, he asks how old Justin's children are and would like to have another look at the photo of them and then asks for it to be put on the game board. He then says that they have that look that they know their father would never let them down.

Banker's offer:

£21,000

£21,000 is cause for a major headache.

It's half the average.

10% chance of disaster though.

A red/blue finish is likely where I doubt we'll be offered more.

I'm taking this.

He isn't. He's spouting nonsense.

There could still be big money in your box says Noel. The Banker says that one of them has made a big mistake. He then asks to see the photo of Justin's children again.

Banker's offer:

Banker's Gamble

Textbook situation for the gamble.

I'd be dealing £21,000 on this finish however so I wouldn't be taking the gamble.

Box 1 with Bharti contains the £75,000

Justin says there was a bit of him that wanted to gamble, but he knew he could do so much with the money he had won he couldn't do it. Noel announces a Banker Spanking :D

Yay, excellent result. I think he was always happy with his deal and he made it for the right reasons. I'm just glad Noel can't put any negative spin on that OPW.

This was the 4th game I'd been a pilgrim for and 2 of them had been with players called Justin with a BG at the end involving the £75k. Just thankful that unlike his namesake in Love Week, he didn't take the BG.

We all know DOND brings up some weird coincidences but Justin's game took the biscuit.

I walked into the Dream Factory and got seated on the block nearest the East Wing on the same row as I had for Justin's game during Love Week. In walk the contestants and standing on the end of the East Wing was Justin who then got picked to play. Then Noel starts making ferret references which made no sense at the time but I remembered Love Week Justin having a pet ferret.

Then as the £75k stayed in play longer and longer into the game, I wondered if it would be on the table as in the previous Justin's game and then when there was another £75k BG, I was very relieved to firstly hear Justin refuse the BG and then see the £250 in the box.

Of all the rotten luck, my signal went down as Justin was pondering the 5 box offer, next thing i know Noel's telling him to spank the Banker - either the games developed an interesting new twist or Juston said Deal :-D

Good game - and an OPW to boot though i wonder what the final offer would have been in live play.

The banker had been moderately generous so I think the offer might have been in the region of the low £20ks.

I was thinking the exact same thing about the BG, though I knew this Justin wouldn't take it on, indeed I thought the 5-box offer he took wasn't that great, I thought 70% chance of at least a near-stick and an extra 20% of something around £8-10k, but I'm fine with it being at 5-box as it was possible to drop from life-enhancing money to a blue in one go (or even you can't rely on the banker being fair on power 5 v blue these days I suppose), unlike some of the deals recently like Stephen's and Jade's.

Just though every Justin has played on a Tuesday and they've all done rather well, let's hope the same trend doesn't continue for Janet who's bound to play soon! :)

The Banker using the "oh won't you please think of the children" line is bad enough. Much worse is the fact it succeeds on a regular basis.

An OPW though.

Playing devil's advocate, it could be said that the production team should be praised for sometimes emphasising the fact that the offers are real money and reminding the players what that money could do for them.

Although, I admit is it a nasty tactic - I was definitely booing in the audience
