After the extreme games we've had this week that couldn't help but seem a little mundane.

I didn't think the £8,000 offer at 5 box was that bad considering the way the luck had been going and it's a shame having dealt it that Jenks couldn't find the £35k to secure an OPW.

I'd almost forgotten what a 5-box deal was like after the rollercoaster few days. £5k at 8-box was generous but on a low money game, worth the risk. Nothing wrong with dealing £8k (which I thought was very generous as I'd have figured that a £35k/non-£15k finish would only have been about £11k). £14.5k was inflated but was never going to deny the TPW.

Considering the wide range of results we've had recently, I was actually quite glad to see a more average game for once. Not a particularly lucky game today, but 8k is a good result considering that all of the top four were gone by 11-box.

Also, 8k was a very generous offer. It was almost 80% of the mean, and it wasn't even particularly stable. I don't know how you can possibly consider it a poor offer...

Of course £8k was a poor offer for KB, it meant he was never going to get the gambling excitement he's got hooked on again :laughing

To the sensible people it was a brilliant offer and a must-Deal. Thankfully Jenks was one of them, as reading the report I feared he wouldn't...

We need a few games like that from time to time to settle things down - it was getting a bit odd with people winning either massive sums or having totally disastrous trainwrecks! :)

It's not just entirely me though, a lot of other people I've talked to want the same thing ;)
