Afternoon, everyone! Hope you're all having a great chilled out weekend, I know I've been jealous of the neighbours' BBQs

Now for the show...

Noel reminds us of Friday's game with Julie where the Banker thought she was weird...he wonders if weirdness is a good quality to have...apparently Andy believes the Banker is Dale Winton, Zanna once mistook a tube of toothpaste for hair removal cream, and Mo's hobby is washing his car...Lee has a fear of wasps, has a huge superstitious nature as he salutes every magpie he sees...and hates the thought of wool anywhere near his mouth!

Today's player is...GLEN

I did think it would be him. Had the £75k on Friday and before that £35k. Hopefully a much better game and bigger win than the previous game.

He had £75,000 yesterday, but there's just a chance that he'll have a red today

No offence but it's becoming a bit sob story-like on Sunday's. Please play the games.

Glen brings box 1 to the table...

Glen Tomlin...has something in common with Noel; same haircut since he was 19!

Glen has brought a poppy with him in memory of his late grandpa as he was a big figure in his young life...we also see his father and brother in a recent picture; the latter has celebral palsy and is also a big part of his life. Girlfriend of 8 months Rachel is in the audience; "He's fit" was the first thought she had of him despite the dodgy haircut! :P

Glen has no system as of yet...

Here we go...

Anyone think sob stories always signal doom? And they always seem to be on Friday or Sunday. Examples: Gaz - £750, George - £9000 with £100 grand in box, Beryl - £10, Becca - £5000 and something?, May - £5000. To further prove my point the board is already looking precarious and it's only the first round.

Round 1...

Here's hoping for a great game today!

Box 2 - Lee - £100,000

Noel immediately picks up on how often the £100,000 has gone in the first round lately!

Box 7 - Josephine - £15,000

Noel tells Glen to try harder! :P

Box 10 - newbie Fran - £10

Noel pressurizes Fran about her nerves!

Box 14 - Zanna - £5,000

Box 11 - Natalie - £75,000 :(

Not a very good round...

Time for the Banker...

Lee salutes every magpie he sees. Bet that makes him a divisive character if he ever goes to Nottingham eh Davey?

Again, an introduction that could have been much sappier than it was. This show's on the up. Worrying opening round though.

The Banker likes the newbie (Fran)...he once saw a film of a woman at similar age doing her first parachute drop and makes comparisons to her box opening

Banker's offer:

£5,500

Round 2...

Box 21 - Zaid - 50p

Mo next, and he really likes stand-up comedians...and recites "Why did the golfer change his trousers? Because he had a hole in one!" :P Mo admits his jokes aren't funny, though the way Noel's looking at him is!

Box 9 - Mo - £50,000 :?

Glen and Noel agree it's "one of those days"...and Glen delivers his prepared break link: "Watch me head home with some of the Banker's money...hopefully!"

Good shoutout from unclekevo, there's been a big pattern with Sunday games recently, every sobstory has turned it into a terrible game

And with the £5ok gone, this looks like it's gonna be a painful game

Noel reckons we need the 1p or 10p...

Box 12 - Ray - £10,000

Time from the Banker...

I'm still quietly convinced that whoever processes contestant application has a scoring system where the death of a relative being mentioned gives you extra points.

Apart from 2 weeks around Easter we haven't had any luck on Sundays in ages.
