I'd have expected £22,000 at very most...wow!

£26,000 at the third offer...makes the game far more volatile...

Some facts:

£15,000 is the highest opening offer we've seen since Jason received the same offer back in April.
£17,500 is the highest second offer since rock 'n' roll Steve, also back in April.
£26,000 is the highest third offer since Namfon, way back in January 2008!
£35,000 is the highest fourth offer since Wayne in March this year.

£35,000 isn't as high as he really could go...this is obviously a test for Neil...

...only a nightmare round would really hamper his chances of another offer in that region...so both a Deal and a No Deal are acceptable here
