Nicholas' game today.

Noel says we are on a high now after Laura's game where she showed what courage is all about, and he says she has shown up some of the men on the wings who wouldn't have had the same courage. He tells them all to make the most of their moment.

I must admit I do feel sorry for the others who have had gambles-go-wrong lately. Laura simply got lucky from 5-box. There have been many others recently who have taken reasonably brave gambles and it's gone wrong... yet normally Noel says things went wrong for them because their timing was out or they didn't take their lifeline or whatever... :ponder:

Anyway, short run for Nicholas - only 16 shows.

Nicholas has box 11 today. Noel struggles with Nicholas's surname (I won't even attempt :lol: ) Nicholas is a hairdresser and has been doing it for over 20 years, he slowly took over his parents salon and now runs it. He has his wife Helen in the audience and says he met her in a fish & chip shop where she was working and fell in love with her. We get to see a couple of his family pics of his two daughters, and also one of his late grandparents.

Nicholas says he is a bit of a gambler.
