Nope. 5 rubbish offers now. Banker in "trying to induce a trainwreck by low offers" mode today.

Rachel says that makes it easy. Noel reminds her that £3,000 is much better than 10p and could be useful for her. Michelle tells Rachel to think about the money in her bank account.

Rachel says NO DEAL

Noel says this is a massive gamble, and Rachel says she knows how it's going to go now, but isn't giving up...

17 - Olivia - £50,000

3 - Dot - £3,000

19 - Hardav - £100

Banker time with 10p and £1 remaining

GAME OVER!

I hope Heath is happy with his £27,000, cause look what his missed opportunity has done to the luck in Rachel's game! :smt009 :smt011

Noel says that's as bad as it could've been! The banker can be heard sounding very gleeful, and says Rachel is the unluckiest woman in the world! She speaks to him and makes her laugh...

Banker's offer:

17p

Noel says Rachel would be in the hall of fame if she won 17p!

Rachel says DEAL

That's one of the daftest comments I've read on here.

Rachel has £1 in her box

Noel says that says it all! The banker phones and says there's a c.hink of light, as no-one's ever won 17p :P

8 - Pauline - 10p

The banker says he'll never ever offer anyone 17p ever again, to ensure Rachel is the only winner of that amount!!

A pretty unavoidable disaater. She knocked off seven blues too early for her own good. On another day she could have had a dealable £20k plus offer at second offer. As it was, she in recovery from the joke first offer and when the inevitable damage arrived the banker felt justified in punishing her.

And she threw away 83p more, which just about sums up today's game :(

That was the biggest damp squib collapse ever despite the comedy deal and Rachel came across much better on the wings

I say it's more likely true fact based on yesterday's game, rather than a daft comment

I wonder whether Rachel's low offers were due to getting the banker's back up at the start with her reaction to the first offer? She was clearly there for the big money, which was why she was dismissive of the lower amounts, describing the £4,500 offer as a "drop in the ocean". The offers were very poor for the board, but even if they'd have been of an acceptable generosity level, I think Rachel would've turned them down anyway as she admitted she had a target in mind and was obviously going for that amount.

I think she was a bit too nervous/over emotional at the beginning but even so the 8 box offer was ridiculous i suppose and he could have offered a 10Kish get out.

A fitting ending to the game really - a truly stupid set of Banker offers made the game an absolute joke (was he trying to enforce Wakeyism after Heath's '£250k squander' that wasn't and Emma's exciting 40-minute lottery draw?), and while Rachel deserved a £17k offer on £3k/£50k instead of that, a comedy offer and a comedy Deal in pence just about sums up the dire nature of this one.

At least the Banker will never allow a game quite like this one to happen. Well, the 17p bit, at least; the vindictive forced-Wakeyism might come again.
