Emma has box 14. She is from Wales, and tells us about how she she won 2 gold medals for power lifting at the Paralympics, and she has the medals with her today She says the weight she lifted was 140 kilos. She was born with spina bifida, but she says it's never held her back.

She says how her career ended due to an accident whilst training, but she now does archery, and hopes to do that at the 2012 London Paralympics as part of Team GB
