Lynne's husband joins her at the pound table. Lynne asks Noel how much an extension would cost, and he finds a builder in the audience  He says the cost would be in the low 20s, and Lynne gets him to pretend it'd be nearer £50k  Lynne works out what she could do with £16k...

Lynne says NO DEAL

9 - Kulwinder - £75,000

Lynne wants Pat now, and Noel says she's had 13 reds in a row!

1 - Pat - £1

10 - Darren - £250

Banker time

£16,000 is borderline. Half the average. Quite a stable board though, so I'd just about no deal it...

The banker says the board is deceptively precarious now...

Banker's offer:

£20,000

Average is £34,000 - £20,000 is good in relation to that - but the board is in our favour with 3 reds with £20,000 being the lowest. I'm continuing just about...

£20,000 sounds fair, but I'd still go for it

Lynne tries to work out whether she'd regret winning a blue, or whether she'd regret missing out on more money. Dave says she has to keep in the 2 big ones to get a much bigger offer.

Lynne says DEAL

Noel says we're all happy about that.

13 - Lauren - £20,000

"NO" says Noel, and he asks why people are clapping!

14 - newbie Marios - £5

"NO NO NO" says Noel and he says this is almost the perfect round

12 - David - £100,000

Banker time with £50 and £50,000 remaining

Banker's offer would've been:

£14,000

I would have no dealt that, considering that there is:

30% chance of £30k+
20% chance stick
40% chance of £5k-£10k
10% pure disaster

So about a 50-50 chance would be for me to go on.

Probably the only non-UKer to be in the audience ever...
